摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier packaging material precursor and a gas barrier packaging material that can be produced without using a coater having two coating parts or a multicolor printing machine, that can be stably manufactured by using a precursor liquid having excellent storage stability, that sustains high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, and that exerts extremely excellent oxygen gas barrier properties and maltreatment resistance after treatment thereof.SOLUTION: A gas barrier packaging material precursor includes an adhesion layer, a barrier layer and a protective layer, on one surface of a support medium. The adhesion layer includes a silicon compound or a hydrolysate thereof, and a composite of an acrylic polyol and an isocyanate compound. The protective layer is formed by a coating liquid containing a polyvalent metal compound, a polyester resin and a dispersant. The polyvalent metal compound is included by 40-90 mass% based on 100 mass% of the protective layer. In an infrared absorption spectrum of the barrier layer measured by a permeability method, a ratio (α/&bgr;) is less than 1, with regard to maximum peak height (α) of absorbancy of 1490-1659 cmand maximum peak height (&bgr;) of absorbancy of 1660-1750 cm.
