<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measuring device 2 using a load sensor, which is attached to a device in water with a waterproof structure, low-cost, capable of executing accurate measurement, high in waterproofness, and miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: Waterproofness is obtained and a load from the outside is received by covering the opening of the recessed casing 51 with a waterproof sheet 11. The waterproof sheet 11 is low-cost, and its sealing surface and a pressure receiving surface are wide.
