<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve electric power efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power generator 10 comprises: a thermoelectric conversion part 11; a step-up circuit 12 which outputs a step-up voltage by boosting a voltage outputted from the thermoelectric conversion part 11; a DC/DC conversion circuit 14 which can superimpose a predetermined voltage by a voltage outputted from a power storage circuit 13 to a voltage outputted from the thermoelectric conversion part 11; and a control circuit 17 which controls an operation of the DC/DC conversion circuit 14 so that the voltage obtained by superimposing the predetermined voltage outputted from the DC/DC conversion circuit 14 to the voltage outputted from the thermoelectric conversion part 11 can be a lower limit voltage or more which is required to start or continue a step-up operation of the step-up circuit 12, based on a detection result outputted from a voltage sensor 12a which detects a step-up operation state of the step-up circuit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
