Provided are an organic EL device material capable of reducing the driving voltage of an organic EL device and increasing the lifetime of the device as compared with a conventional organic EL device material, specifically an aromatic amine derivative represented by N(Ar a )(Ar b )(Ar c ), and an organic EL device using the material.
