<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress vibration and noise and easily perform installation work.SOLUTION: An engine cover 20 has a cover body 32 which is provided outside an internal combustion engine body 18 and covers at least a part of the internal combustion engine body 18, and a sound insulating foam member 34 which is attached to a surface 33 of the cover body 32 facing the internal combustion engine body 18 and is formed of a foam material. At least one end side of the sound insulating foam member 34 for an injector 22 is provided to contact with a breather chamber 28, and the other end side of the sound insulating foam member 34 for the injector 22 is provided to contact with a common rail 24 which supplies fuel to the injector 22 via fuel piping 26. A gap 40 is provided between the injector and a cylinder head cover 14, and a spacer 42, which comprises a different body from the cover body 32 and is formed of the same foam material with the sound insulating foam member 34, is held in the gap 40.</p> |
