<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid device that separates and reduces bubbles included in a liquid.SOLUTION: An injection unit 12 includes a first tube 14, and a second tube 13 that is present inside the first tube and is lower in height than the first tube; an exhaust port includes a first exhaust port 19, and a second exhaust port 20; and a flow channel includes a first flow channel 17, and a second flow channel 18, where the first flow channel connects the first exhaust port and a gap inside the second tube, the second flow channel connects the second exhaust port and a gap between the first tube and second tube, and the first flow channel and second flow channel are not connected to each other.</p> |
