<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element for improving contrast and suppressing a decrease in luminance. <P>SOLUTION: This organic EL element 5 is characterized by comprising: a first electrode layer 13; a charge injecting layer 14 formed on the first electrode layer 13 and exposing a plurality of positions on the top face of the first electrode layer 13; a charge transferring layer 15 formed on the exposed regions of the first electrode layer 13 and on the charge injecting layer 14; an organic light-emitting layer 16 formed on the charge transferring layer 15; and a second electrode layer 19 formed on the organic light-emitting layer 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
