<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of surely cutting off a main passage even when it is disposed on a pipe of which an object to be circulated, is a solid matter such as powder.SOLUTION: A valve device includes a housing having a valve element accommodating chamber and a main passage, a valve element disposed rotatably in the valve element accommodating chamber, an annular seal member disposed movably in the extending direction of a central line of the main passage, having a seat surface closely kept into contact with the valve element, and having a controlled portion directing to a valve element accommodating chamber side, an elastic member for energizing the seat member to the valve element accommodating chamber side, a stopper member having a cylindrical interposing portion disposed between the seat member and the housing, and a control portion opposed to the controlled portion while directing to a side opposite to the valve element accommodating chamber side, and fixed to the housing, and the seal member for sealing between the seat member and the interposing portion of the stopper member at the valve element accommodating chamber side with respect to the control portion.</p> |
