<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary induction apparatus which realizes both high insulation performance and high cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: A stationary induction apparatus includes: U shaped barrier insulators 9a, 9b, each of which is disposed so as to cover a radial end part of a coil 4 and form a predetermined space between its bottom part and the radial end part of the coil 4; and filling insulators 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, each of which is disposed in a part of the space and covers one of coil corners 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d existed at the radial end part of the coil 4 in collaboration with the U shaped barrier insulator 9a, 9b.
