<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer stretched film composed of an EVOH-based resin layer, and a modified polyester-based resin layer, having superior shrinkage. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer film and multilayer stretched film are each composed of: a layer of ethylene-vinyl ester-based copolymer saponified material (A) having a structure unit represented by formula (1); and a layer of modified polyester-based resin (B) which is disposed on at least one surface of the layer of the ethylene-vinyl ester-based copolymer saponified material (A), and has dicarboxylic acid structure unit essentially comprising terephthalic acid structure unit, diol structure unit essentially comprising 1-5C chain-like diol structure unit and a modified amount per the total amount of the whole dicarboxylic acid structure unit and the whole diol structure unit, of 0.1 mol% or more and less than 15 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
