The invention relates to an electrochemical cell comprising: - an electrochemical system (1) comprising a first electrode (1a), a second electrode (1b) and a separator (1c) separating a first portion (1a', ab') of said electrodes, - a terminal block (2) in electrical contact with a second portion (1a", 1b") of each of the electrodes (1a, 1b) via a contactor (2a, 2b), a sealed housing (3) comprising: • a compartment (30) for said electrochemically active assembly (1a', 1b', 1c), • a recess (30a, 30b) for each contactor (2a, 2b) and the respective second electrode portion (1a", 1b"), the compartment (30) being fluidically isolated from said recesses (30a, 30b), • a channel (31) in fluidic connection with the compartment (30) and arranged to allow a gas flow through said compartment, said channel being suitable to be coupled with a gas analysis device, the channel (31) comprising an inlet duct (310) and an outlet duct (313) for the gas flow, arranged opposite one another with respect to the compartment (30) in a direction parallel to the principal plane of the electrochemical system, in such a way that a gas flow injected into the channel passes over substantially the entire surface of said channel (31) and said compartment (30), entraining the gases produced by the electrochemical system. |
