PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope treatment instrument enabled by an inexpensive constitution to improve the operability without obstructing the visual field at an endoscopic submucosal layer decollement operation.SOLUTION: An endoscope treatment instrument 1 comprises: a clip device 2 holding a clip unit 10 at the leading end and enabled to depart, while the clip unit 10 is being closed, by the hand operation of the base end side; a balloon device 4 disposed in a connection tube body 35 connected to an air supply tube 32, and including a balloon 31 expanded and shrunken by the supply and discharge of the air and a ring part 37 linked to the balloon 31; a rope 40 connected at one end to the clip unit 10 and inserted into the ring part 37; and a protective sheath 3 capable of accommodating the clip device 2 and the balloon device 4 and freely inserted into a treatment instrument inserting channel 102 formed in an endoscope insertion part 101. |
