<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for thermal spraying, which applies a heat stress mitigative heat barrier coating excellent in heat barrier performance and durability, and to provide a method for thermal spraying. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal spraying system includes: a rotary table 5 on which a substrate is disposed; a first heater disposed on the rotary table 5 and heating a first part of the substrate; a motor 2 for rotating the rotary table 5 on which the substrate heated by the first heater is disposed; a second heater that is scanned in the direction along an axis of the rotation, and heats a second part of the substrate on the rotated rotary table 5 by plasma or flame; and a plasma thermal spraying gun 1 for forming a partially-stabilized zirconia layer in the second part heated by the second heater. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
