<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which correctly restores a time series of medical acts from a clinical chart employing handwriting input to a paper without using a dedicated digital pen nor sheets of paper. <P>SOLUTION: A medical support system includes a manuscript output part 202 which outputs a paper clinical chart having embedded identification information representing that the paper clinical chart is printed from an electronic clinical manuscript 201; a manuscript input part 207 which reads and inputs the paper clinical chart having the embedded identification information; and a manuscript update part 208 which updates the electronic clinical manuscript 201. The manuscript update part 208 extracts differences between the paper clinical chart input from the manuscript input part 207 and the electronic clinical manuscript 201 to extract an additionally entered part additionally entered into the paper clinical charts (203, 205), estimates the sequence of a temporal before-after relationship of a plurality of additionally entered parts by using a clinical path as a process chart of medical cares and treatments on one patient at a hospital and medical care history information, and reflects the additionally entered parts in the estimated order on the electronic clinical manuscript 201 to update the electronic clinical manuscript 201. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
