摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to adjust his or her hand to a position which is suitable for imaging in the case of mounting a non-contact sensor which images the hand on an electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A biological image authentication device 1 includes: a vein sensor 13 for reading biological information relating to a hand in a non-contact state; a parallax calculation part 151 for calculating a parallax from the height of the eye line of a user when the user looks down obliquely at the vein sensor 13, a horizontal distance from the vein sensor 13 to the user, and a vertical distance from the vein sensor 13 to the hand held over the vein sensor 13; a marker position determination part 152 for determining the position of a marker on a horizontal face on which the vein sensor 13 is mounted on the extension line of the position of the eye of the user and the position of the hand held over the vein sensor 13 on the basis of the calculated parallax; and a guidance part 153 for instructing the user to adjust the center of an object section from which the biological information relating to the hand is read to the marker at the determined position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
