PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system in which a heater for reverse power flow prevention can be used as a dummy load during autonomous operation, thereby enabling autonomous operation, and to provide a method of supplying power to an electric heater in the fuel cell power generation system.SOLUTION: An embodiment includes a switch 30 that switches power supplied to the heater 12 for reverse power flow prevention between DC output power of the fuel cell 1 and AC output power of an interconnection inverter 3.
