<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor capable of accurately removing defective pixels and noise while reducing the circuit scale of a median filter detection circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a signal processor, the address of a defective pixel of an imaging device stored in an EEPROM 11 are read by a register group 7 for temporary storage, and an address counter 3 counts the scanning position of the imaging device. Then, output data from a pixel coinciding in a counted value by the address counter 3 with the address of the defective pixel is replaced to a specific value as a damage mark by a defective pixel detection processing circuit 5. If damage marks are included in output data from plural pixels in median filter processing, a median filter detection circuit 8 detects a median value from the remaining output data except the damage marks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
