<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device capable of making exhaust balance in the whole exhaust opening and enhancing exhaust efficiency in the whole exhaust opening. <P>SOLUTION: In the exhaust device for exhausting air from the inside of a room of a building to the outside of the building through the exhaust opening arranged in the roof of the building, the opening fringe 33 of the exhaust opening 32 is arranged along an isobaric line of a negative pressure on the roof (a roof top 10) when a wind pressure acts on the wall surface 35 of the building 2.
