<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transfer foil for in-mold having hard coat and emboss and excellent design properties and physical properties, to provide a method of manufacturing the transfer foil, and an injection molded article obtained by using them. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer foil for in-mold is formed by successively laminating, on a base material, a release layer, an embossed layer serving also as a hard coat layer, a print layer, and an adhesive layer.
