The present invention uses a single heat storage tank, thereby reducing costs and installation space compared to the case of using two tanks: a high-temperature tank and a low-temperature tank. The present invention also can reduce a drop in flow pressure because the single heat storage tank consists of a porous block, which facilitates the passing of molten salts. Since the porous block is formed by stacking a plurality of unit blocks, the present invention has the advantage that it is easy to adjust the capacity of the single heat storage tank. Further, by connecting multiple single heat storage tanks in parallel, it is possible to selectively use the single heat storage tanks depending on the operating load. Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage that an operating load can be easily handled.
