[Problem] To provide a technology preventing unnecessary deceleration assistance from being implemented. [Solution] This assistance point management system comprises: an assistance point acquisition means for acquiring an assistance point which is registered as a location requiring deceleration assistance; and a removing means for removing a assistance point from the locations requiring deceleration assistance when the vehicle has travelled on a new road from the assistance point without the vehicle decelerating at the assistance point.
