<p>FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Surgically implanted device contains medical implant for carrying out therapeutic function. Connecting mechanism contains, at least, one fastening element, integral with implant, for fastening implant to the body. At least, one fastening element has spread position, in which, at least, one fastening element projects from distal butt end of implant, and non-spread position, in which fastening element is proximal with respect to distal butt end of implant. Protective element covers, at least, one fastening element and attachable with possibility of detachment to distal butt end of implant. Protective element contains case with circular hollow. Fastening elements match circular hollow, whose size makes it possible for fastening elements to project without contact with protective element.
