The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for searching acceleration structure in a ray tracing system. The method may include the steps of: setting a bit stack value and a route value for each level included in the acceleration structure; determining a pop level based on the set bit stack value; and performing a search by moving to a unsearched child node based on the route value of each level after moving to the pop level. |
