PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the connection of an information processing apparatus of a user outside an organization to a network inside the organization while ensuring security.SOLUTION: A connection control unit controls the opening and closing of the connection between a first communication unit communicating with a terminal device and a second communication unit communicating via a network. A connection setting unit instructs the opening and closing of the connection to the connection control unit according to the input of a user received by an input unit in response to first identification information output from the terminal device, which is displayed on a display unit.
