<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a visitor with more certainty using communication identification information such as an IP address and cookie information to identify communication between an individual user terminal and a web server. <P>SOLUTION: In an access analysis device 100, a message restoration part 101 sequentially acquires packet groups including communication identification information from a packet capture device and restores an HTTP message. If the HTTP message includes a user ID and is an HTTP request to request authentication, an information acquisition part 102 acquires the user ID. If it is an HTTP response to notify success of authentication, an information storage part 103 associates the communication identification information included in the packet group from which corresponding HTTP request is restored with the user ID and stores it.
