摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of suitably reducing an output ripple and keeping a processing load at a low level even when a smoothing capacitor having a relatively small capacitance is used. <P>SOLUTION: A charger comprises: a rectification and smoothing unit which rectifies and smoothes an AC voltage supplied from an AC power supply to generate a DC input voltage V<SB POS="POST">in</SB>; a DC/DC converter unit 3 which converts the DC input voltage V<SB POS="POST">in</SB>to a DC output voltage V<SB POS="POST">out</SB>by switching it using at least one switching element; and a control unit 4 which controls a duty ratio of the switching element. The charger charges a battery 101 with the DC output voltage V<SB POS="POST">out</SB>. The control unit 4 controls the duty ratio on the basis of a value obtained by dividing a feedback control amount FB calculated by feedback control by a ripple amount R in the DC input voltage V<SB POS="POST">in</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
