The optical fiber connecting block comprises a bottom surface horizontal relative to the above substrate, a block bottom opening formed on the bottom surface and provided with an end surface, an optical fiber wiring groove penetrating from the opening to an upper surface opposite to the bottom surface and extending to an optical fiber leading-out port, an optical fiber wiring convex part for wiring an optical fiber formed through the optical fiber wiring groove, and an optical fiber pressing piece served as one part of the leading-out port and used for fixing an optical fiber around the port. The optical fiber wiring convex part is provided with a vertical part, a first curved-surface part, a second curved-surface part and a parallel part, which are successively arranged from the opening side to the leading-out port side. Even when miniaturized, the optical fiber connecting piece and the optical fiber connecting module are prevented from being in contact with other equipment.
