The present invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy high-temperature alloy, and particularly, to a hot isostatic pressing process for high-temperature alloy powder, which is applicable to preparation of a powder metallurgy high-temperature alloy member formed by using hot isostatic pressing directly. A hot isostatic pressing temperature in a first step should be higher than an initial melting temperature of a low-melting-point phase of alloy powder and more than 15 degrees centigrade lower than a solidus of completely homogenized alloy, the gas pressure is higher than or equal to 90 MPa, and time is longer than or equal to 20 minutes and shorter than or equal to 1 hour. After the first step is completed, heating is stopped to cool the material as furnace cooling goes on until the temperature of the material is below an initial melting temperature of a low-melting-point phase, and then the temperature keeping is performed, the time is 2 hours or longer, so as to ensure that the low-melting-point phase formed during cooling after the first step can be completely dissolved; and after the second step is completed, the alloy is cooled to a room temperature as the pressure keeping of the furnace goes on. The present invention can prevent an original particle boundary from being formed or significantly reduces the number of precipitated phases on the original particle boundary in the hot isostatic pressing procedure, so as to obtain compact alloy with microscopic structures as equiaxed crystals. |
