Disclosed are a service handover method, a network device, and a user equipment. The method comprises: a first device receiving a handover request sent by a user equipment (UE), the handover request for requesting to switch a service of the UE to a first target device; and the first device sending a handover command to the UE, the handover command for instructing the UE to switch a part of the service to the first target device, and switch another part of the service to a second target device. In the service handover method provided in the present invention, a device on a network side determines to switch a part of a service of a user equipment to a first target device and another part of the service to a second target device, so as to ensure that the first target device is used to perform service distribution, and ensure that the service of the user equipment does not degrade in service quality because the first target device cannot fully meet a service quality requirement, thereby improving user experience. |
