<p>The present invention relates to a composition for electrospinning obtained by mixing hyaluronic acid benzyl ester with water-soluble polymers, consisting of polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl alcohol, and combination of those, in a predetermined amount; and a method for forming and manufacturing nanofiber by performing electrospinning on the same composition. The prior nanofiber, formed by using hyaluronic acid benzyl ester only, has an undesirable structure such as a bead shape or a ribbon shape, which cannot be applied as a biomaterial. However, according to the present invention, if hyaluronic acid benzyl ester mixed with the water-soluble polymers is spun by electrospinning, high quality nanofiber, which does not have the undesired structure and can be extended long, can be synthesized.</p> |
