PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion secondary battery which is provided with a cathode active material layer containing both a cathode active material containing Mn, Ni, or Fe, and a water-soluble cellulose and has a high discharge capacity.SOLUTION: The cathode composition is used which contains: a cathode active material containing manganese, nickel, or iron; an acrylate polymer; a water-soluble cellulose; a hydroxyl group-containing organic compound having a melting point of 30°C or lower and a vapor pressure of less than 10 Pa at 20°C; and a chelating agent. |
