<p>This water treatment method is provided with a first step for: feeding a filter aid containing a magnetic material through a filter aid feed line from a filter aid storage tank for storing the filter aid onto a filter in a solid-liquid separation device which includes the filter, the filter having a surface that is at a level with the mounting surface, and the interior space in the solid-liquid separation device being divided vertically by the filter; and forming a pre-coat layer comprising the filter aid. The water treatment method is also provided with: a second step for feeding water to be treated to the pre-coat layer in the solid-liquid separation device through a treated water feed line, and causing the pre-coat layer to capture and remove suspended matter in the treated water; and a third step for measuring the concentration of the filter aid by using a device for controlling the concentration of the filter aid, the device for controlling the concentration of the filter aid being mounted on the filter aid storage tank.</p> |
