<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in cost and size of an insulated switching power supply. <P>SOLUTION: An insulated switching power supply 1 includes a snubber circuit 10. The snubber circuit 10 includes a capacitor Cx and a resistor Rx connected in series with the capacitor Cx. One end and the other end of a first secondary winding T2 are connected via the snubber circuit 10 and a diode Da.
