<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole drilling tool which increases/reduces the outer diameter of a machined part while being assembled to a hole drilling machine. <P>SOLUTION: A large-diameter side tapered portion 36 provided in an axially middle portion of a tool body 19a and an inner circumferential surface of a large-diameter machined part 42 which is formed on a sleeve 32 and enlarged/reduced in the radial direction are taper-engaged so as to be relatively displaced in the axis direction.
