摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for simultaneously measuring the sonic speed, dielectric constant, viscosity and thermal conductivity of gas. <P>SOLUTION: A sonic/electromagnetic resonance characteristic measuring apparatus includes: a hollow container having a cylindrical cavity; a hole, which is provided in the hollow container and connected to the cylindrical cavity, for introducing sample gas and vacuuming; a valve mechanism for opening/closing the hole and closing a hole to make the cylindrical cavity a completely cylindrical shape; a sonic-wave transmission transducer for transmitting a sonic wave to the interior of the cylindrical cavity; a sonic-wave receiving transducer for receiving the sonic wave in the interior of the cylindrical cavity; an electromagnetic-wave transmission transducer for transmitting an electromagnetic wave to the interior of the cylindrical cavity; an electromagnetic-wave receiving transducer for receiving the electromagnetic wave of the interior of the cylindrical cavity; sonic resonance characteristic measuring means using the sonic-wave receiving transducer; and electromagnetic resonance characteristic measuring means using the electromagnetic-wave transmission/receiving transducers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
