摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seawater-desalinating system which improves thermal efficiency as the whole system and prevents, as much as possible, energy required for desalinating seawater, from being wasted. <P>SOLUTION: A system S includes: a control device 20 having a separation rate-adjusting part 21 which makes part of seawater which becomes steam, flow in a first flow channel 11 and part of the seawater which becomes condensed water, flow in a second flow channel 12, a boiling-point-rise recognizing part 24 which recognizes a second saturation temperature, that is, the saturation temperature of the seawater after the boiling point rises, a compression rate-computing part 22 which adds a predetermined heat-exchange temperature difference value to the second saturation temperature to find a third saturation temperature, that is, the saturation temperature of distilled water, and determines the compression rate in a compressor 5 so that the temperature of the distilled water may become the third saturation temperature, and a temperature difference-adjusting part 23 which makes adjustment so that the temperature of the seawater, which passes through a first heat exchanger 1, may become the first saturation temperature, that is, the saturation temperature of the seawater; and a heating means 3 which makes the temperature of the seawater, which passes through a second heat exchanger 2, rise up to the first saturation temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
