Provided is an embossed filter medium wherein the increases in pressure loss that accompany an embossing process are suppressed. The embossed filter medium is for an air filter. Also provided are a filter pack, an air filter unit, and a production method for an embossed filter medium for an air filter wherein the increases in pressure loss that accompany an embossing process are suppressed. This embossed filter medium for an air filter collects the dust in an air current and is provided with: one or more porous films that include fiberizable polytetrafluoroethylene, an un-fiberized non-hot-melt processed component, and an un-fiberized hot-melt processable component that has a melting point below 320℃; and a plurality of air-permeable support members that support the porous films. The surface of both sides of the embossed filter medium for an air filter is formed from two of the air-permeable support members from among the plurality of air-permeable support members and has a plurality of protrusions provided thereto as a result of an embossing process being performed on the filter medium for an air filter.
