The defatting method removes fat, oil or grease from a broth surface during cooking or right before eating, resulting in healthier broth without floating oil, fat or grease. The method entails using a blower which generates an air stream aimed at a specific area of the surface of the broth in a container, and blowing the fat, oil or grease from a certain area of the broth surface, then scooping out broth from this area to extract broth free or minimal of fat, oil or grease. An additional method entails tilting the container, with the liquid surface level to the tip of the laid down side of the container, and directing forward air stream to drive fat, oil or grease out of the container, leaving behind fat-free broth. This blower will become a novice appliance in the kitchen, on the table, and in the food industry. |
