The present invention provides a raw material for a lightweight foam face brick, the lightweight foam face brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The lightweight foam face brick comprises the following components: 100 by mass parts of non-foaming raw material which comprises at least flexible raw material and oriented raw material, and 0.01-100 by mass parts of foaming agent. The present invention is characterized in that: when the summation of the component except for burning loss is set to 100wt%, the summation of three components of SiO2, Al2O3 and MgO is 80-100wt%; and the summation of three components of SiO2, Al2O3 and MgO in the non-foaming raw material is set to 100wt%, in a three-component system phase diagram of picture 1, the weight composition ratios (SiO2,Al2O3,MgO) are provided in an area A or an area B. |
