PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-precision echo suppression with higher arithmetic efficiency.SOLUTION: A Fourier transformation part obtains a narrowband input signal and a narrowband reference signal by performing Fourier transformation for a provided input signal and a reference signal. At the time of Fourier transformation for the reference signal, a frame step is defined based on a sampling period deviation. A phase control part adjusts the phase of the narrowband reference signal based on a time difference of the frame center position which is obtained based on the sampling period deviation. A filter processing part obtains a filter output signal by filtering the phase adjusted narrowband reference signal. A subtraction part performs echo suppression by subtracting the filter output signal from the narrowband input signal. The present technique is applicable to an acoustic echo canceller.
