<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily deal with knocking in a saddle type vehicle even when external noise is mixed in output of a knock sensor by collision of pebbles and the like.SOLUTION: The saddle type vehicle includes: first acquisition means for taking in a signal output from the knock sensor in a first period in which there is possibility of knocking generation; second acquisition means for taking in the signal output from the knock sensor in the first period and in a second period excluding the noise generation period by mechanical vibration of an internal combustion engine; first control means for determining the generation of the knocking on the basis of the signal taken in by the first acquisition means, and for controlling the internal combustion engine so as to suppress the knocking when the knocking is generated; and second control means for determining the generation of external noise resulting from an external condition of the saddle type vehicle, on the basis of the signal taken in by the second acquisition means, and for changing control content of the internal combustion engine by the first control means on the basis of the determination result.</p> |
