<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for recovery of nitrogen monoxide (NO) homeostasis in a subject and a composition for alleviating hemoglobinuria in a subject.SOLUTION: A composition for recovery of nitrogen monoxide (NO) homeostasis, includes a molecule selected from the group consisting of (a) a molecule which binds to one or more complement components, (b) a molecule which blocks the generation of one or more complement components, and (c) a molecule which blocks the activity of one or more complement components. A composition for alleviating hemoglobinuria in a subject, includes erythropoietin (EPO) and a molecule including a molecule selected from the group consisting of (a) a molecule which binds to one or more complement components, (b) a molecule which blocks the generation of one or more complement components, and (c) a molecule which blocks the activity of one or more complement components.</p> |
