An anti-segregation auger distributor and paver; the anti-segregation auger distributor is disposed on the paver, and comprises left and right augers, and an auger drive chain wheel case (8); and a plow-shaped distribution device (1) for separating the mixture entering the anti-segregation auger distributor to the two sides is disposed in front of the auger drive chain wheel case (8). The plow-shaped distribution device (1) effectively stirs up an asphalt mixture, thus avoiding segregation caused by the mixture accumulating at the bottom of the spiral drive chain wheel case (8).
