<p>Provided is a solvent composition which can dissolve various organic materials satisfactorily, can be dried satisfactorily, does not adversely affect the global environment, can be stabilized and therefore cannot be decomposed, does not cause the corrosion of a metal when used in the presence of the metal, is stable, and can be used in a wide variety of industries including washing and dilute coating without adversely affecting objects made from various materials including metals, plastics and elastomers. A solvent composition which comprises a solvent (A) comprising 1,1-dichloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, a stabilizer (B) comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a phenol, an ether, an epoxyde and a pyrrole, and a nitro compound (C).</p> |
