PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability when changing color temperature of an illuminating light source.SOLUTION: Determining means (a control signal generating unit of a controller 1, and a control signal input unit 20 and a drive signal converting unit 23 of a power source unit 2) determines the quantity of light of each of light emitting elements 3R, 3G, and 3B of an illuminating light source 3 by setting the operation amount of an operation unit 11 and color temperature in correspondence with each other so that proportional relation is maintained between difference in change of operation input (the operation amount of the operation unit 11) and difference in reciprocal color temperature (on-duty ratio of a control signal) according to the operation input that the controller 1 accepts. Thus, usability is increased because no sense of incongruity generates between difference in the operation amount of the operation unit 11 and actually recognized change in color temperature. |
