PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component take-out device and a component take-out method for arranging and taking out components from a hopper for putting many components, the component take-out device is small and excellent in quietness without using vibration.SOLUTION: The component take-out device comprises: a hopper for putting many components; a component receiving rail disposed above the hopper; and a lifter supported in the hopper in a state that it can be lifted up and down, and by lifting movement, by a component scraping surface on its upper end, lifting up the components in the hopper and delivering them on the component receiving rail. |
