PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can improve image quality.SOLUTION: A display device includes: a display part including pixels of a first series (subpixels 21R, 21G, and 21B) having first horizontal pixel width and pixels of a second series (subpixels 22R, 22G, and 22B) having second horizontal pixel width smaller than the first horizontal pixel width, where the pixels of the first series and the pixels of the second series are arrayed alternately in each of a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; and a light beam control part for controlling a light beam from the display part or a light beam toward the display part. |
