PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer collection system capable of reducing a casting cost of small-amount coins by reducing an amount of uncirculated resident money and promptly accommodating to clogging of coins.SOLUTION: The customer collection system includes: a coin processing device 10 as one example of a coin deposit/charge machine; and actual stores 1-3 as one example of affiliated stores each having an electronic money settlement machine 20 as an example of an electronic money settlement terminal. The coin processing device 10 in which coins as well as paper moneys can be inserted, can charge an electronic money equivalent to a value of input money to an IC card (not shown) as one example of information medium. Further, waiting clerks 30 are assigned to the actual stores 1-3 and monitor a situation where a not-shown customer (a member) inserts money in a coin deposit device 10. |
