PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a content creator to raise desired funds.SOLUTION: A content generation device includes: a content acceptance section; and a generation section. The content acceptance section accepts advertisement data corresponding to each advertiser who has won a bid of an authority to display advertisements in an auction where project information indicating the project content of content to be created by a content creator is presented, that is, an auction where each authority to display advertisements in a plurality of advertisement frames set in content by the content creator is set as a target of a successful bid, and accepts the content corresponding to the project information.
