<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an air conditioning apparatus by the simplest and lightest treatment, while preventing the comfortableness of residents from being damaged, when making an electric control as a demand response function. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a result of detecting persons per zone, n pieces of zones having the smaller numbers of persons in the zones are selected. Air conditioning equipment provided in the zones selected in this way is stopped, while that provided in the other zone are operated. This operation is done for every rotation time, and then the operation of the zone having fewer persons are always stopped.
